Four Day Socks

I started these in the taxi on the way to the airport. I finished them on the flight home.

Thanks to a magical combination of using thicker, stretchier yarn and a stretchy pattern these socks are only 48 stitches in circumference. The pattern is “Waving, Not Drowning. ” The yarn is Cascade Fixation Spray-Dyed Effect.

Puss in Boots

One of Ella’s many endearing traits is that she slides her front feet into our shoes and then lays down. She will stay this way for a long time.
